We share Japanese productivity philosophy to help people build more meaningful daily lives.
Cookingspiceworld grew from a deep interest in Japanese culture and productivity thinking. Through years of living and researching in Japan, our founder came to appreciate the value embedded in everyday Japanese practices — kaizen, seiri-seiton, and a mindful relationship with time.
After ten years of applied research in Tokyo, corporate consulting, and coaching thousands of individuals, the next step became clear: organise this knowledge into structured programs and share it widely.
These ideas are not limited to any particular industry or role. They are applicable across many areas of life. We believe in that potential and have built our programs around making this knowledge accessible.
Our mission is to make Japanese productivity philosophy accessible to more people and to support meaningful improvements to work and daily life. For those who feel busy yet unfulfilled, we aim to offer a different perspective.
Our programs go beyond time management tips. They combine philosophy and practice in a way designed to support lasting, sustainable change in how you live and work.
More than 1,000 participants take part each year. Their experiences and feedback continue to shape and inform everything we do.
Specialists in Japanese culture, behavioural science, and coaching work together to deliver well-structured, thoughtful programs.
